Dear Brethren:

We are happy to let you know about our newly established church in Talisay Cebu City. Talisay has 22 large barangays and is situated 4 kilometers away south
of Cebu City. It has a total population of 140,000 of which 99% are Sagrado Sarado Iglesia Romano Catholico.
This pioneering work that started June 2004 was headed by brother Wayne Pabillon, Cebu Bible College graduate.
We are now holding our Sunday service 3-5 o'clock in the afternoon at PSALM BASE,Poblacion Talisay City.
