CBCOC WORSHIP SERVICE

One of the challenges of a growing church, in terms of membership and attendance, is to find a location that is suitable for conducting worship services and other fellowship activities. Because of an increase in membership, and for other reasons as well, the Central Baguio Church of Christ (CBCOC) recently faced the need to find a more suitable place for worship that could accommodate all of our members and visitors comfortably.

For almost seven months, the CBCOC held its worship services on the premises of the Baguio City National High School (BCNHS). During those months, worshipers experienced many inconveniences due to several reasons. One of those reasons was because the area was shared with various other religious groups, and their use of mechanical instruments and clapping of hands caused a disruption for the members of CBCOC during their worship service. There were also other times when larger religious groups occupied all of the available rooms, which left the CBCOC with no place to worship. Church members and visitors also experienced the inconvenience of being driven away, without any prior notice, by school administrators any time they wanted to use the room for school activities. But the main reasons for the change of location was due to the increase in our membership and because the size of the room was simply not large enough to accommodate such a large group of worshipers anymore. So on September 14th, we decided to move out of the BCNHS location and into the Baguio Colleges Foundation. The new location is along Governor Pack road, Gate 3 at Room S208, and has suitable accommodations as well as a quiet place for the members and visitors of the CBCOC to worship.

For those who desire to visit and worship with us on Sunday, please take note of the following directions. Should you need assistance in finding Room S208, the guard of the school will surely be able to help you.

· If you are coming from Harrison road to the Baguio Colleges Foundation, use the overpass down to gate 1.

· If you are coming from Governor Pack road to the Baguio Colleges Foundation, use gate 3.

We look forward to seeing you soon and want you to know that the door of the Central Baguio Church of Christ is always open for anyone who wants to grow in the knowledge and grace of our Lord Jesus Christ and who seeks to worship God in spirit and truth. If you long for a loving and caring church, please visit with us because we believe that the house of God, which is the church, is not only the pillar and ground of the truth, but a hospital for hurting souls as well.
