5. To be eligible for graduation, trainees must obtain from all
the phases of the training an average rating of 80%.
Behavioral/Attitudinal
Aspect
1.
Trainees are expected to display proper Christian deportment at
all times.
2. Prohibited Acts/Behavior. Trainees shall not be found to engage
in the following anti-Christian activities/behavior:
2.1 Smoking
2.2 Gambling
2.3 Drinking liquor
2.4 Disrespect to fellow Christians
2.5 Violation of CBCOC-BMT dress code
2.6 Violation of the BMT "Red Flag" Principle and other
BMT internal policies
2.7 Violation of other PBC Dormitory rules and regulations.
3. Sanctions. Appropriate sanctions for any substantiated violation
to the aforementioned to MTP rules of conduct shall be as follows:
3.1 1st Offense : Counseling
3.2 2nd Offense : Audience with the a panel assembled for the purpose
composed of the
Training Coordinator, Student Supervisor and Counselor
3.3 3rd Offense : Expulsion from the Program

Performance Evaluation
Phase
I
The
Course shall be divided into four grading periods, namely: 1st Preliminary
GP, 2nd Preliminary GP, Midterm GP and Final GP. The Cumulative
System of Grading shall be employed.
The
following rating distribution and formula shall be used for all
subjects:
