TRAINING DESIGN

MISSIONARY TRAINING PROGRAM
OF
PHILIPPINE MISSION-CENTRAL BAGUIO CHURCH OF CHRIST-BAGUIO MISSION TEAM
(1ST Batch)

I. RATIONALE

Church growth can be said to be dependent not only on the Grace of God, but also on the Faith of His children. We find perfection in the former, and imperfection in the latter. There is a decline in the growth of the Lord's church in many areas in the country today not because of the will of God, but because of the will of man.

Our present call is to militantly strive to effectively share the Gospel of Christ to everyone, making optimum use of our God-given resources. Our pressing mission is to win souls who will win other individuals to Christ, train leaders who will mentor potential leaders, equip teams that will form other teams, and plant congregations that will establish other congregations.

This need necessitates socially relevant and theologically sound training interventions that could empower Christians in their personal and interpersonal growth and prepare them to be significant contributors to explosive mission works. Hence this training program.
